Hi Michaela, I've been out quite a bit taking images so this maybe to late.
1) What was your inspiration when beginning your photgraphy work? When my son was born I started taking pictures of him and then it went on from there.
2) What is your personal favourtie photograph you have taken and why? I have so many images, its hard to pick one as a favorite. Many favorites are on the blog. I love being out in nature and as a result I end up taking some images of those special things and places.
3) What advice would you give to me about beginning to capture nature images? Just get out there and experience nature. Get a decent digital camera and review your images on the LCD. Keep what you like and get rid of the rest. Most of all do what you enjoy and it will show in your work.
Thank you for your interest in my photography. I hope this is helpful and not to late. You can find me on Facebook, Dean Sauskojus Photography, or my new website at http://dsphoto.photoshelter.com/

My name is Michaela and I am currently studying photography at A-level and have chosen to create a scrap book and final piece on the theme "Nature."

I have studied your work and find it both interesting and inspirational. I would highly appreciate it if you could answer these simple questions about your work for me to include in my project.

Thankyou for your time.

what an awesome scene! I've always wanted to do night photography like this. The stark landscape together with the starlit heavens is just so very powerful and moving.
